We took a trip up to D.C. this past weekend to meet the newest member of the McClintic family: Neil Austin McClintic, who is hands-down the happiest baby we've ever met.
Ella really enjoyed her cousins --she was a little shy at first (as usual), but eventually warmed-up -- especially to the delight of her older cousin Alex, who is eager for these babies to play like big kids...
On Saturday, we got to see Alex swim his personal-best during the back stroke for his Herndon Halibuts swim team (even while stopping to wave at us during the race!).

Oh my gosh! I really have been out of it this last month and have missed so many of your postings. Congratulations to Ella for walking!! It's a whole new world. Can't wait to see you soon!
That Ella is definitely going to be ready for the beach -- so much water fun! Wish we were joining you all. Love, Beth
